TLS in Transit

All data moving between your browser or app and our servers travels over TLS 1.2 or higher. This protects your UPI handle, Paytm number, and account credentials from interception while in transit.

Cookie Controls in Your Account

Defined Retention Periods

We keep transaction records for the period required under applicable Indian financial regulations, then delete or anonymise them. Account profile data is erased within 30 days of a confirmed account-closure request.
